Introduction

As an international education specialist, I work with individuals and organisations to build global leadership skills with a focus on intercultural communication and inclusion.

I also advise on the instructional design of professional development with a global dimension, such as the future of learning, digital transformation, curriculum and materials design, assessment, language learning, teacher training, and cultural awareness. As a global executive for EF Education First and Hult EF Corporate Education for 25 years, I worked with clients to design learning solutions across a range of sectors and upskilling needs, including United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, ABB, Accenture, ASML, Avianca, Bayer, Capgemini, Fiat FCA, ICBC, KPMG, McDonalds, Medtronic, Nordea, Sandvik, Volkswagen, Volvo, Zambon, several government ministries, and the Olympic Games (Beijing 2008, Sochi 2014, Rio 2016, Pyeongchang 2018, and Tokyo 2020). As a consultant, coach, and trainer I have also delivered programs for clients such as NATO, UK Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, UK Department for Business and Trade, UK FCDO Services, British Embassy Bangkok, Cartier, DSM Firmenich, Flex, IFF, and Foolproof (Zensar). I serve as an Ashridge adjunct faculty member with Hult International Business School, and I trained in coaching at the University of Cambridge. In addition, I teach coaching at the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education and serve as Course Director for the Certificate in Coaching.
